RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or experiences color fading or fabric deterioration, you are eligible for a return or cashback. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (e.g., if an item was delivered on 1st December, it can be returned until 8th December).

📌 Please note: A return request will not be processed if the item is “no longer needed.”

Return Conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, with original packaging, seals, and tags attached).
  • The return must include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards that came with the product.
  • All returned items undergo a quality check. If a product is returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Order Cancellation

If the order has already been shipped, you can cancel it by simply refusing to accept the parcel upon delivery.

Refund Processing Time

  • Bank Deposit: Within 7-12 business days after the quality check.
  • Cashback for Color Fading or Fabric Damage: If the product fades or gets damaged over time, we offer a cashback option upon verification.

What Happens if My Return Request is Not Approved?
If your return request is not approved, we will inform you of the reason. Your product will be sent back to you without any additional shipping charges.
