🧾 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – Men Designers

🏠 Domestic COD (Within Pakistan)

✅ Availability:

• COD is available for all cities across Pakistan via trusted courier services.

💰 Payment Terms:

• COD orders are payable in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the time of delivery.

• ⚠️ COD Limit: Maximum allowed COD order value is PKR 5,000.

• Orders exceeding PKR 5,000 will require 25% advance payment according to the order type (e.g., stitched, custom, wedding, etc.).

📦 Advance Requirements:

• Custom Orders (Made-to-Measure / Sherwani / Wedding Suits):
  ➤ 50% advance payment is mandatory.
  ➤ Remaining balance can be paid via COD if within the limit.
  ➤ No extra charges apply on advance payments.

• Stitched Orders (Ready-to-Wear):
  ➤ Require a minimum advance of PKR 2,000.
  ➤ No extra charges apply on advance payments.

• Advance payments can be made via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

🚫 Refusal/Return Policy:

• Customers who refuse COD parcels may face:

  • COD deactivation for future orders.

  • Full advance requirement next time.

  • Possible blacklisting for repeated refusals.

🚚 Delivery Timeline:

• Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after confirmation and advance payment.

• A COD service fee of PKR 200–300 may apply depending on the courier.

🌍 International Orders

❌ COD Availability:

• Cash on Delivery is NOT available for international customers.

✅ Payment Options:

• All international orders must be 100% prepaid via:

  • Debit/Credit Card (Secure Checkout)

  • Bank Transfer

  • No extra charges apply on advance payments.

⏱ Processing Time:

• Custom and wedding suits: allow 10–15 business days for tailoring before shipment.

• Import duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

🌐 International Shipping Charges

📢 General Notes:

• COD does not support open-parcel inspection (unless explicitly allowed by the courier).

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Always provide accurate name, contact number, and full address to avoid delays.
